Information collected

We may collect your email, account credentials, support communications, subscription status, and standard technical and security data. Stripe processes payment-card information; Extreme Trading Inc. does not store complete card numbers.

Information we do not request for the service

We do not request your brokerage credentials, portfolio holdings, finances, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. Do not send that information in support messages.

Use and service providers

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide access, manage subscriptions, deliver service messages, answer permitted support questions, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, email services, and Collective2, each operating under its own privacy practices.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, as legally required, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction. Records are retained as reasonably needed for service, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes.
