By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, Hypothetical Performance Disclosure, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Impersonal model research

Extreme Trading Inc. provides general, model-generated market research, signals, educational information, and historical strategy information. Substantially the same strategy information is made available to all members at the same time. The service does not consider or ask for your portfolio, finances, objectives, tax situation, experience, or risk tolerance. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

No individualized recommendations

We will not tell you personally whether to buy, sell, hold, size, or allocate a security. Support is limited to account, billing, technical, methodology, and general product questions. We do not determine whether any security, strategy, or transaction is suitable for you.

No brokerage services

We do not access, connect to, monitor, manage, or trade in subscriber brokerage accounts and do not offer automatic trading. You independently decide whether, when, and how to act and remain responsible for every order, position, and result.

Membership and billing

Membership is a fixed-price information subscription billed at the price and recurring interval displayed at checkout. Fees are not based on trades, assets, profits, or investment performance. Membership renews until canceled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Risk and no guarantee

Trading can result in substantial loss. Signals can be late, wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. No result, model, signal, or statistic guarantees profit, prevents loss, or promises that a subscriber will obtain displayed prices or results.

Account and content use

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Protect your credentials. Member content may not be shared, republished, scraped, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Availability and corrections

Information may be delayed, corrected, interrupted, incomplete, or unavailable. Strategies, features, sources, prices, and these Terms may change. Material membership changes will be communicated as required by law.

No warranties; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment outcome. To that same extent, Extreme Trading Inc. is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, transmission or data errors, indirect damages, or decisions made using the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
