Refund & Cancellation Policy

Recurring membership

Membership renews automatically each month at the checkout price until canceled. The renewal date is based on the subscription start date.

How to cancel

Cancel through the member billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access ordinarily continues through the already-paid period.

Refunds

Fees already charged are non-refundable, with no prorated credits for partial periods, unused access, or investment results, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Billing errors

Report a suspected billing error promptly to support@extremetradinginc.com with the account email and charge date. Confirmed errors will be corrected.

Canceling does not close brokerage positions. We do not access or control subscriber brokerage accounts.
